How Made-to-Order Teak Furniture Works: From WhatsApp to Your Home
Every Teakwood Factory piece is made to order in Bengaluru. Here is how it works: choosing a design, size and finish, the quote, timelines and delivery.
Nothing on our website is mass-produced or shipped from a warehouse. Every piece is made to order in solid Nilambur teak at our factory on Kanakapura Road. Here’s what the process looks like.
1. Find a design
Browse the collection or visit our J. P. Nagar showroom. Have a design of your own? Send a photo or sketch and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
2. Tell us your size and finish
Share the space it needs to fit and your preferred finish: Natural, Honey, Walnut or Espresso. For sofas, diwans and swings, choose cushion fabric and firmness.
3. Get your price
Tap “Get best price” or WhatsApp on any product. Because you buy direct from the maker, there’s no showroom markup, and the price reflects exactly the size and finish you choose.
4. Confirm and wait
Standard designs are usually ready in about a week. Custom designs take longer depending on the work, usually around a month. We confirm the timeline before you order. You’re welcome to visit the factory to check your piece before it’s finished.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery is free anywhere in Bengaluru, up to the first floor, with installation. Large pieces such as almirahs and corner sofas are assembled in your room.
6. Warranty
Every piece carries a 2-year warranty.
Tips for a smooth order
- Measure twice: room, wall, lift and doorways.
- Send photos of the room so we can suggest the right scale.
- Plan around key dates, such as a housewarming or a wedding, and order early.
